Artur
Improviser
Artur’s first documented stage performance dates back to 1994, when he played King Herod in a school’s rendition of the nativity scene, showing an early inclination toward morally questionable characters. However, it wasn’t until 2018 that his passion for acting truly took off. Trained at GEST and DICE Theater in Gothenburg, Artur has collaborated with several local amateur theatre groups before eventually starting his own. What began as “just acting” quickly escalated into writing, directing, and producing shows, suggesting a pattern of poor impulse control and a high tolerance for creative chaos. Artur loves improv for its novelty, ever-changing nature, but what matters most is the connection it creates. Whether it’s with fellow improvisers on stage or the audience watching, he is drawn to those moments when everyone is fully present and something real happens in the room. There is nothing better than that exchange of energy. When not on stage, he is either playing Fortnite, training for another half marathon, or overthinking life.
